Stylish laptop of Victorian era from Hewlett-Packard

At first glance, this is a music box, designed in Victorian style, but when you open it - you understands its nature and see a marvelous device. It turns out that the wooden box is a laptop Steampunked ZT1000 from Hewlett-Packard with two operating systems: Windows XP and Ubuntu Linux.

The Design of the laptop totally differs from the appearance of conventional laptops: on the top of the casing under the glass is movement, a keyboard and a touchpad is made of copper with engraving. The space around the touchpad is made of a leather.

ZT1000 can be turned on with a wind of a large antique key by turning it into an anchoring device, made of different parts of the old watches.

Openings for speakers are performed as a violin, and from the interior of the zone they are black cloth. You can see all its design advantages on the pictures.

The optical drive can be opened by pressing a small copper button. The author of this unique device suggested to add a PCMCIA connector, and a standard D-Link WiFi card with the holder attached to it as a base for a ballpoint pens in the form of the blade. The pen can be used as a stylus for the touchpad.

The specs of this laptop include a 1.9 GHz Pentium 4-M processor, 512MB of RAM, 15″ active matrix screen, graphics card ATI Mobility Radeon 7500 with 32MB of VRAM, 40GB HD, CD-RW/DVD combo drive.
