Fujitsu U2010: new UMPC based on Intel Atom
Fujitsu presented its new UMPC U2010 with 45-nm processor Intel Atom. The novelty has a 5.6-inch turning display so it rather reminds a subnotebook-transformer than a classic UMPC.

For the convenience the keyboard buttons are located in the 6-series, rather than 5, as in the previous generation models. The new processor Atom markedly reduce the power consumption of the devices. U2010 is equipped with cellular communications modules with support for 3.5G and receiver GPS. The device weighs only 610 grams. The model will appear in July of 2008 at a price of about $1300, which have seen quite inexpensive devices for this class.
