10″ Asus Eee 1000H and 1000 were formally presented in Taipei
Asus officially released a new Eee PC with 10″ displays at the 2008 Computex, which takes place in Taipei. Will be presented two modifications of the famous notebook - Eee 1000 and 1000 (H).

The novelties may gladden us with new technologies such as Super Hybrid Engine, which provide longer work of the laptop’s battery up to 7.8 hours, high-speed internet connectivity to the network, and a large 10″ widescreen display.
Also Eee 1000 is equipped with processor Intel Atom, RAM 2Gb, SSD of 20 Gb, 1.3-megapixel webcam, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and preloaded operating system Windows or Linux.
Asus Eee 1000H model differs from the previous by existence of customary drive instead of SSD disk, this laptop can now store up to 80 Gb of information. Weight of it is 3.2 pounds, slightly more than 1000, which weight is 2.93 pounds.
In Taiwan Eee 1000H will be sold at a price of $625.
