New Tablet PC HP Pavilion tx2500z with HP Imprint design

Hewlett-Packard has published details of bundling new tablet PC HP Pavilion tx2500z with 12.1″ touch display that can rotate 180 degrees and is controlled by the fingerprint scanner.

1.9 kg HP Pavilion tx2500z Tablet PC is built on the basis of the new platform AMD Puma and processor AMD Turion 64 X2 dual-core and built-in graphics card ATI Radeon HD 3200. tx2500z is equipped with DDR2 memory up to 4GB, capacity 320GB hard drive and optical drive built in DVD-RW. A 12.1″ display has a resolution of 1280×800.

HP tx2500z has a built-in speaker Altec Lansing, web camera and a fingerprint scanner.

In addition, tx2500z possesses Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, optional Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet LAN, 56k modem, 3 x USB, ExpressCard slot and card reader - 5-to-1.

This convertible laptop is the successor of tx2000z, and has a new glossy design HP Imprint. As an operating system Windows Vista is used.
