New series of notebooks NEC LaVie
Japanese company NEC introduced its new range of notebooks in three series: LaVie L, LaVie M and the LaVie Light.

Netbook LaVie Light Lui Mobile with a system of virtual network computing
NEC issued a new ultraportable netbook based on the Atom N280. Model was called LaVie Light Lui Mobile and has a traditional 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1024×600 pixels. A distinctive feature of the model is the support of system, virtual network computing NEC LUI Remote Desktop, to get remote access to the netbook by LUI-server and use the resources of the latter.
NEC VersaPro UltraLite VC - business notebook with increased protection
The Japanese company NEC today released its new model of business notebook VersaPro UltraLite VC, which besides actually a small weight (868 grams), also has heightened security from external influences, up to 15 kgs, and is equipped with “drops-safe” keyboard.
NEC released its own netbook – “LaVie Light”
The Japanese company NEC presented its lightweight version of the notebook, better known now as a netbook. This innovation will go under the new series “LaVie Light” and will have an index BL100/RA.

NEC presented a new secure, rugged Tablet PC, which could easily work in harsh conditions. ShieldPRO FC-N22A from today can be bought in Japan. It will be equipped with a processor Intel Core 2 Duo U7500 1.06GHz with low electricity consumption, 12.1″ widescreen display with colorful LED illumination and brightness of 750 cd/m2. The laptop battery will be able to work out for 12 hours.
